Whitney Howland, LMSW is a social worker specializing in non-profit management, victim service provision, and working with international populations. She has experience in program management, coalition building, international research, providing training on trauma-informed/person-centered service provision, and providing direct services to vulnerable populations. Whitney finds that practicing active listening and storytelling are integral in all forms of community building and relationship development work. She is excited to be able to help support the storytelling work of HOSTL as a board member.
